A little over mid way through Christian's High School soccer season, we had a County Tournament - called the Robertson County Cup. We quickly found out that this is a big deal with the county schools as it gives us bragging rights for the year. We won it 2 years ago and then did not win last year, so our Senior Players really wanted to get the Cup back!!!
There are only 4 High Schools in our County that have soccer teams so we played each of them. We had games on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights and then the Consolation and Final matches were on Saturday.
We lost our first game against probably the best of the teams. But we turned around and won the next two games which put us in the final game (against that first team we lost to)......that'll be the next blog.

| Daniel is the boy in the foreground. He plays on White House Heritage's team and he's one of the guys that Christian has played on and off with since they were 8. Daniel has sort of come and gone from the team, but it's fun to see them together on the field as high schoolers!!! |
